has expanded its health engagement program to help local companies and their
employees address this issue.
Health Matters at WorkTM is a comprehensive web
and workplace-based health initiative that helps businesses, employees and
their families learn about prevention of chronic disease, as well as how to manage
chronic health conditions more effectively. Member charities provide on-site and online health education, prevention and disease management information and services. This multifaceted program provides access
to quality health information and resources through on-site seminars,
screenings, volunteer opportunities and now a website, podcasts and
webinars.
