Kentucky Rx Card

Start saving on popular prescription drugs by simply printing and showing your Rx card the next time you pick up your prescriptions! Community Health Charities (CHC) understands how expensive perscription drugs can be. That is why we have partnered with Kentucky RX Card program to bring you discounts on your perscriptions.

Like Mother, Like Son
Edna Campbell was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1997. After her diagnosis, Edna quickly became involved with the Susan G. Komen For the Cure Louisville Affiliate as a board member and volunteer chair. She was affectionately known as the “bra lady” due to her position as a bra fitter for Dillard’s Department Store. Prior to her own battle with breast cancer, Edna aided numerous women whose bodies had been surgically disfigured due to the disease.
